By opting in to receive SMS messages from Himalaya Weight Loss Clinic, you agree to these SMS Terms. Standard message and data rates may apply.
No purchase is required to participate in our SMS program. Your consent to receive SMS messages is never a condition of receiving care or services at Himalaya Weight Loss Clinic.

2. How to Opt In to Text Messages
You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Himalaya Weight Loss Clinic in the following ways:
In person: By completing a patient intake form at our clinic that includes a checkbox or signature line agreeing to receive text messages from us.
By phone: By verbally consenting to receive text messages during a phone call with our staff.
By texting us: By initiating a text message conversation with our clinic number and agreeing to opt in when prompted.
Online: By submitting a web form that includes a clear opt-in checkbox for SMS communications (when applicable).
You must be the owner or authorized user of the mobile phone number you provide. By opting in, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.
When you opt in, you will receive a confirmation text that includes our program name, message frequency disclosure, a reminder that message and data rates may apply, and instructions to text STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
3. How to Opt Out — Text STOP
You may cancel your enrollment in our SMS program at any time, for any reason, at no cost.
To stop receiving text messages from Himalaya Weight Loss Clinic, reply STOP to any text message we send you. You will receive one final confirmation message and will not receive any further SMS messages from us.
You may also opt out by calling our clinic at 720-738-0220 and asking to be removed from our SMS list, or by speaking with any member of our staff during a visit.
Please note: opting out of SMS messages does not affect your ability to receive care at our clinic or any other services we provide.
Additional recognized opt-out keywords include: CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE. Sending any of these words will remove you from our SMS program.
4. Message Frequency & Costs
Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 4 messages per month, depending on your appointments, program status, and your interactions with our clinic. Message and data rates may apply.
The number of messages you receive depends on your level of engagement with our clinic, including scheduled appointments, active programs, and any questions or requests you initiate via text.
Standard messaging and data rates charged by your mobile carrier may apply to messages you send and receive. Himalaya Weight Loss Clinic does not charge for SMS messages. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.
Supported carriers include, but are not limited to: AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, US Cellular, Boost, MetroPCS, and other major U.S. carriers. Our SMS program may not be available on all carriers.

For help with our SMS program, reply HELP to any of our messages. You will receive information about our program, how to opt out, and how to contact us.
